Leadership Team
Joseph Clark – COO & Co-Founder Joseph is a seasoned expert in the UK Financial Services sector, with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. He has successfully guided two companies through stringent Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) application processes. Currently an SMF Approved Director and SMF17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Joseph brings his proven track record in building and managing profitable businesses within complex regulatory environments to Aqualibre.
Anthony Hooley – CEO & Founder Anthony has spent over 16 years providing advisory services for high-risk country ventures, specializing in data sourcing for mining, minerals, and ESG-related projects. His deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks informs Aqualibre's innovative approach to carbon credit trading. Anthony is also expanding his expertise through blockchain management studies and degrees in cryptocurrency trading and blockchain business management.
Jamie Williams – Vice President, Investor Relations Jamie is a regulated financial broker with experience as a lead advisor to blockchain-based crypto index funds. At Aqualibre, he acts as a liaison officer for investors and advises the governance board on investor relations and strategic initiatives.

Sean Yeo – Insurance Specialist Sean is the Managing Director of one of the UK’s leading ESG insurance brokers - AMI Speciality. His role at Aqualibre involves crafting bespoke insurance solutions for the carbon credit market, providing protection against risks such as non-delivery and force majeure events. His expertise in ESG insurance enhances trust and credibility within the Aqualibre ecosystem.
George Harrigan-Brown – ESG Compliance Expert George is the Head of Compliance, Risk, and Audit for Hilton Food Group and a qualified accountant and auditor. He advises Aqualibre on global ESG strategy and compliance, ensuring that the platform meets the highest regulatory and operational standards.
Hristo Piyankov – Tokenomics Advisor Hristo is one of the most respected economists in the blockchain space, having provided behavioural and economic analysis for over 200 projects. As Aqualibre’s lead economist, he is responsible for developing the platform’s five-year business model and long-term economic strategy.

Kaizen Finance Dev Team Kaizen Finance collaborates with Aqualibre to develop the technical architecture of the platform.
